If your kick plate is for your door, you should measure the width of your door and remove 5mm. For example, if your door is 500mm, you would require a 495mm kick plate. The standard height of a kick plate is between 150mm and 200mm, however this could be dependant on whether your door has a decorative panel or insert. Please note, this is merely a guideline in accordance to a standard kick plate.
- Budget 430 Grade - Internal usage only
- Standard 304 Grade - Can be used inside or outside
- Premium 316 Grade - Also known as marine grade. Inside or out, costal and high Chlorine areas
Our kick plates come with an option to have either a permanent or temporary rear to the plate. This means that if you need the plate to be temporary then you can easily remove it with no holes left in the door. If your plate is to be permanent then screw holes are ideal for your kick plate.

In normal atmospheric or water based environments, stainless steel will almost never corrode. However, in aggressive conditions, basic grade stainless steel (Such as Grade 304) may corrode. It is recommended, that in aggressive conditions, you should use Grade 316 Stainless Steel.
